the building and the residential side form the YMCA. Some of the activities are : bingo,
Tuesday night community dinner, gardening. There are also companion animals,

meal is $250 that will serve 240 folks. The lease time is six months. People can come and
go as they like. Every apartment has a private bath, microwave. The day the resident
moves in, they will meet their manager and a welcome basket with everyday necessary
items. Also included is a handmade card welcoming people. Outside people use the
conference rooms, as well as having the residents attend classes that are helpful to them.
Relapse prevention, bible studies, animal rescue league brings therapy pets (ncluding a
duck). Fifty four percent of the folks work, but they don’t have to. Everyone has access to

night; they will always receive a handmade birthday card; their one- year anniversary will be
celebrated; everyone receives a Christmas gift in the $25-$50 range from donors. Santa
goes to each person’s door to deliver their gift. How to get involved - go for a tour,
